Our Caregivers

Our Caregivers are carefully hand-picked. Each has passed a Level II Federal Background check which includes fingerprinting. State and county background checks, DMV and reference checks are also performed. Prior work experience and skills are validated. In addition, each caregiver is a direct employee of Uplift HomeCare and is covered by professional liability, bonding, and workers’ compensation insurance. All of this allows our clients to enjoy safe and quality care they can trust.
